Coming Soon!

I’m going to start working on rebuilding All About Bipolar’s Alter Ego – Haters Wanted – over the next few weeks. If you enjoyed the original All About Bipolar, you’re going to love this site. Stay tuned and check back soon. I’m doing a lot of work behind the scenes and trying to recover some of the original content that everyone loved.

What happened to All About Bipolar?

In April 2013, after about 5 years of blogging, I thought I was ready to let go of the site and move forward. I let the domain go. Several months later, I regretted the decision. The domain, which was quite popular and had a decent amount of traffic, was snatched up pretty quickly. Now it’s a waste of space on the Internet, as it has been turned into a useless search page. To top it off, all archives of content are gone thanks to them disallowing indexing. Since my site was hacked several months before, all of my backup files were corrupt. I’m still trying to find old files and restore what I can, as several of the original posts were very popular and quite helpful to others. I’m doing all I can to bring those back. Please, be patient and bear with me.

I hope to have my contact form and other necessary items up very soon, and once that’s done, I’ll start adding back in old content (if possible) and adding new content to get the ball rolling on the new site.

Don’t let the domain fool you -it’s still All About Bipolar…Alter Ego!

Thanks for taking the time to find me again!

Start Your Day Off Right With Breakfast at Home

Breakfast at Home

The best way to start your day? General Mills offers a wide selection of cereals, so everyone in the family can find something they like. Eating breakfast at a fast food restaurant is costly, but you can save money by having Breakfast at Home.

My kids love Lucky Charms, and they’re happy to have it for breakfast. General Mills also offers Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Count Chocula, and so many more favorites. And….did you know they’re made with whole grain?

My family eats cereal for breakfast on a regular basis. It’s cheaper than eating out, and it’s quick to fix when you’re rushing to get out the door in the morning. My kids also like to eat is as a snack in the afternoon.
